Sprint
Fixed-length iteration (typically 2 weeks) where a team commits to and delivers a set of work items from the backlog.

Test Cycle

Backlog Refinement
Process of reviewing, estimating, and clarifying upcoming work items before they enter a sprint — also called grooming.
Definition of Done
Team checklist of criteria every work item must satisfy before it can be marked complete, e.g. code reviewed, tests passing, docs updated.
MCP (Model Context Protocol)

Velocity
